2. What Data We Collect

We collect the following personal data when you use Physionerds: your email address and password when you create an account; payment information processed securely by Stripe (we never store your card details); quiz scores and study activity to power your progress tracking; and basic usage data to improve the platform.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide and improve the Physionerds service, to process your subscription payments through Stripe, to send you account-related emails such as confirmation and password reset links, and to show you your own progress and study history within the app. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on servers within the European Union. Payments are handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant. We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your information.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request deletion of your account and associated data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected].

6. Cookies

Physionerds uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and to maintain your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to log in.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for database and authentication, and Vercel for hosting. Each of these has their own privacy policy which governs their use of your data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of Physionerds after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
