2. About Physionerds

Physionerds is an educational study platform for physiotherapy students, operated by PhysioNerds Ltd, a company registered in Ireland. The platform provides access to study materials including videos, flashcards, quiz questions and exam resources.

3. Educational Purpose Only

All content on Physionerds is intended for educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice. Students should always refer to their university curriculum, textbooks and qualified lecturers as their primary educational resources. PhysioNerds Ltd accepts no liability for exam results or clinical outcomes.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscription and Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Physionerds — including videos, flashcard questions, quiz questions, notes and written materials — is the property of PhysioNerds Ltd or its content creators. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or sell any content from the platform without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or extract content from the platform in bulk, share login credentials, use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or interfere with the operation of the platform.

8. Content Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of content on Physionerds. All content is fact-checked before publication. 9. Limitation of Liability

PhysioNerds Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, reliance on content provided, or any interruption or unavailability of the service.
